A very polite and professional doctor, involved my son in the conversation... Has made a fantastic change to our lives as my sons problem is 100% improved. The doctor we saw just before Dr Yuen, also was professional and polite, very happy with our visit and over the moon that my son is now discharged, thank you Dr Yuen for all your help.

patient when you talk to him understanding knows what i am going through with everything like stress and pains in the throat i would definatley reccomend him to anybody and would listen to anything you needed to tell him and never really gets annoyed.

Delay in seeing doctor due to a previous patient being late. Should have told patient they had missed appt and carried on with others as this has delayed all other patients just for one person.

Profile
I am a consultant paediatrician who is passionate about delivering high quality care for patients and improving services & lives for children and families. I have postgraduate diplomas in medical education & healthcare leadership and a completed a one year fellowship in quality improvement with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement.
Whilst I am based in Chesterfield Royal Hospital, I have a regional role safeguarding children.
My current focus is to co-produce a whole system, multi-agency Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder pathway across Derbyshire.
